Apartment living framed by curved balconies and city views
Swann Road is a residential apartment project in Brisbane, Queensland. GT Images was commissioned to produce marketing images covering the development’s exterior architecture and interior spaces.
The visualisations bring together the building’s planted facade, apartment interiors and rooftop setting to present a connected view of the development.
Curved balcony edges, a tall vertical screen and cascading greenery give the exterior its character. Inside, full-height glazing, timber-toned finishes and open living spaces connect the apartments with their outlook
Project at a glance
The marketing collection moves from the scale of the building to the experience of its individual spaces. Street-level views establish the frontage and arrival, while elevated perspectives reveal the depth of the balconies and their relationship with the surrounding neighbourhood.
The interior imagery brings the living, kitchen and dining areas into focus. Longer views explain how these spaces connect, while closer compositions show the relationship between furniture, cabinetry, finishes and natural light. A covered balcony extends the story outdoors, and the bathroom view adds a more detailed look at the interior palette.
Daylight and evening views provide different readings of the exterior. In daylight, the curved facade and planting are clearly defined. After dark, lighting draws attention to the entrance, balcony soffits and glazing.
The rooftop pool completes the collection with a wider view of outdoor living against the city skyline.
